Born in Miami, Florida, Renée Cruz moved to NYC for the music in January of 2001. Ms. Cruz is blessed to have been mentored by Ron Carter, Buster Williams, Homer Mensch, Reggie Workman and Charles Tolliver.
The Juilliard School (Masters of Music), The New School, (BFA) and New World School of the Arts High School.
